With a diverse background spanning across various regions of the United States, I bring a wealth of experience and expertise to the field of employee benefits.

Raised in Corrales, New Mexico, I embarked on my educational journey at St. Pius high school in Albuquerque before pursuing further studies at Brewster Academy in Wolfeboro, New Hampshire.

Seeking a warmer climate, I enrolled at Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, where I graduated with a BS in Speech Communications, specializing in Spanish.

In 1996, I relocated to San Francisco, California, commencing a successful sales career. Beginning with Panasonic, I mastered various roles in telecommunications, ultimately transitioning to the realm of employee benefits with a regional insurance firm in 2001.

Inspired by the conversations about medicine in my upbringing, I found a natural alignment with the complexities of the healthcare industry.

Throughout my tenure in San Francisco, I forged meaningful personal connections, including my marriage to Chris McShane and the joyous arrival of our two sons. However, in 2011, the allure of my New Mexico roots beckoned, prompting a return to my hometown where I embraced the role of a dedicated mother and community advocate, serving on several boards including as President of the Friends of the Corrales Library.

Driven by a desire to reengage professionally, I embarked on a quest for new opportunities in 2018. In May of 2019, I found my professional home at HUB as an employee benefits Producer. The decision to join HUB was driven by their commitment to client resources, expertise, and collaborative culture.

In my role at HUB, I am energized by the opportunity to assist employers in navigating the complexities of employee benefits, particularly in the face of ongoing challenges posed by healthcare costs. With a passion for crafting strategic solutions and a dedication to client satisfaction, I am honored to contribute to the success of HUB and its valued clientele.
